(1) Vendor needs to provide audit management, maintenance and support system.• Provide full audit management functionality, including end–to–end workflow integration from risk assessment through scheduling and execution of individual audits.• Include functionality for Audit Management, covering planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.• Manage vendors/auditees and all related audits, including future, active, and completed engagements.• Manage audit scheduling for staff based on available work hours.• Software Support of Annual Planning and development of the audit plan.• Provide Risk and Control Management functionality to document, assess, and link risks and controls to audits and findings.• Tools to house individual audits and all associated correspondence• Functionality to generate audit plans based on information input into the system.• Provide a structured workpaper review process enabling leads or managers to review, approve, and lock workpapers completed by staff.• Include a searchable finding library of prior findings to support reference and consistency across audits.• Provide tracking capabilities to monitor finding status, corrective action progress, and closure.• Track daily hours recorded by auditors for each engagement.• Provide Questionnaire Tracking functionality, allowing issuance, completion, collection, and monitoring of audit–related questionnaires and surveys.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
