(1) Vendor needs to provide self–provisioning wan circuits and wan services to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX.• The district requires an initial operational bandwidth of 25 Gbps per WAN circuit, with future scalability to 100 Gbps per circuit.• All new passive fiber infrastructure shall support future 100 Gbps service without replacement.• Equipment and optics necessary for initial 25 Gbps operation and document the 100 Gbps upgrade path, including any required optics, modules, licenses or electronics and separately itemized future upgrade costs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2026.(3) A Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 16, 2026.
