(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA online document compliance services.– Provide a solution and services to ensure that online documents posted to city websites meet the Website Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards to comply with applicable federal rules such as the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).– Accessibility Assessment:• Provide the ability to scan and evaluate conventional electronic document (e.g., PDFs, word processor files, presentation file formats and spreadsheet file formats) for compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA Level 2 requirements.– Integration and Technical Compatibility:• Provide the ability to integrate with the city’s existing content management systems.– Document Compliance– Reporting and Tracking– Security Requirements(2) The contract period will be for one year.
