(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology (IT) managed services to the government authority located in Grand Isle, VT. – Provide technical support for this infrastructure, in the form of general network support including 24/7 monitoring services, security services, maintenance of hardware, updates to software, troubleshooting and repair on all computer systems and network server equipment, as well as backup and disaster recovery services through a mix of remote and onsite efforts.– A windows based microsoft 365 environment with g1 licensing, consisting of a mix of desktop workstations, remote laptops and two copiers located.– License management: administer and optimize existing g1 and g3 license allocations.– Microsoft 365 tenant administration.– Shared resources manage shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and digital calendars.– Access control configure and maintain multi–factor authentication (MFA) across all tiers.– SharePoint architecture: structure and maintain the internal town intranet and document libraries.– Web access to reports on current status of service calls and projects.– Advice and research for software and hardware purchases.– Web based secure file sharing.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
