(1) Vendor needs to provide restorative justice course services to the government authority located in Pueblo, CO. – Provide a comprehensive online curriculum and in–person instruction for Restorative Justice courses.– The primary objective is to serve an estimated 240 participants over a five–month period, with approximately ten inmates at designated facilities participating in monthly sessions.– Provide comprehensive training to agency staff and offender peer educators upon request, focusing on the normalization process of programs such as mentoring, peer–led initiatives, and trauma–informed or restorative justice strategies. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
