MB-10323 - USA (New York) - Self-insured Plan for Workers\' Compensation Safety Services - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide self–insured plan for workers' compensation safety services.– The County Self–Insurance plan desires to contract with a consultant that will continue to plan, develop, and implement comprehensive safety and training programs. The programs should include departmental standards for the protection of employees and the public use of municipal–owned properties and facilities.– The consultant assigned to oversee the services requested must have at least 10 years of experience in the safety field.– It is anticipated that the consultant will spend on average, a minimum of 500 hours per year providing the services requested in these specifications– Prepare for and accompany inspectors from regulatory agencies and insurance companies– Design instructional materials and provide and/or arrange training for employees to comply with all safety requirement– Perform regular, routine inspections of facilities and job sites to determine if any potentially hazardous conditions or work practices exist.– Review legislation, rules and regulations affecting safety and health standards that govern public and employee safety and facility protection and advise on the need for modifications(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
