(1) Vendor needs to provide fireweed dental outpatient iv sedation anesthesia services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Responsible for delivering comprehensive, in–office Intravenous (IV) Sedation and Anesthesia Service– Pre–Operative Assessments & Case Management– Patient Screening: Review patient medical histories, airway assessments, and physical classifications– Intra–Operative Anesthesia Care– Post–Operative Care & Discharge(2) A mandatory site visit and pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
