INSU-6170 - USA (Beaverton, Oregon) - Insurance Agent of Record Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance agent of record services to the government authority located in Beaverton, OR.• Evaluation of the city’s risk exposures.• Recommendation of risk control and risk financing measures.• Assistance with the evaluation and selection among coverage alternatives, such as amounts of coverage, retained risk and deductibles.• Placement of specific lines of insurance.• Negotiation of insurance contracts. • Review of coverage documents and invoices to assure coverage has been correctly issued; review policies for conformity to agreed terms and coverages; advice on potential gaps or overlaps in coverage.• Assistance with reviewing claims data.• Analysis and report on insurance utilization trends and costs.• Assistance with determining renewal rates.• Assistance in determining premium impact of any suggested or expected coverage changes.• Assistance with submitting claims and/or interpreting coverage as applied to specific claims. • Education on how the city may best utilize its insurance and limit premium increases.• Prompt response to all of city’s insurance–related questions.• Availability to meet, as needed, with the city representatives. • The city's Agent of Record may utilize the services of intermediaries to place the city's insurance, subject to the city's approval.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
