Vendor needs to provide auditorium renovation consultant service to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA. – Evaluate the needs and desires of the auditorium area for AV for its multi–purposed functions. – Work with the internal agency to understand the needs and demands of the agency will be warranted prior to the full implementation of design and construction.– Provide all applicable design and chases for new AV equipment/system. – Design a new stage layout to better facilitate the needs of this multi–faceted auditorium.– Replace the room finishes (flooring, walls, chairs, acoustics) to better bring it into a modern facility standard.– Develop a project plan and specification package incorporating all necessities of the agency for the upgrades and renovations for the auditorium of the agency.– Submit the package to all applicable reviewers for permitting including labor and industry.– Submit the package once permitting is complete to agency for bidding but remain as professional of design through construction phase including overseeing all submittals and as–builts.
