(1) Vendor needs to provide non–destructive testing training course service to the government authority located in Gaithersburg, MD.• Factor 1 – Technical Approach – Evaluation of Technical Approach shall be based on theinformation provided in the quotation1. The offeror capability to equipment such as various ultrasonic, eddy current, andmagnetic inspection tools during the NDT (Non–Destructive Testing) training course.2. The offeror shall demonstrate their capability to develop NDT training course.3. The offeror shall demonstrate their capability to perform the NDT training requirement• Factor 2 – Key Personnel and Staffing – The Government will evaluate the offeror’s keypersonnel and staff to successfully perform all requirements in regards to the statement of work(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026
