(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial cleaning services to the government authority located in Fort Scott, KS.– Provide maintain clean, sanitary facilities for employees and the public. • Restrooms:– Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, countertops, fixtures, and mirrors.– Empty trash, replace liners, and sweep and mop floors.– Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and soap using City–provided supplies.• Trash and Vacuuming:– Empty office trash cans and the large trash can in the supply closet; replace liners and dispose of waste in designated area.– Vacuum carpeted hallways, Commission rooms, offices, and common areas.• Kitchen, Floors, and Glass:– Clean kitchen countertops, sink, tables, and frequently touched surfaces; wipe appliance exteriors as needed.– Sweep and mop lobby, kitchen, and restroom floors.– Occasionally clean glass on entry doors and remove visible fingerprints and smudges.
