– Vendor needs to provide creative and social media management services. – Provide plan, design, and produce creative content (graphics, captions, and short form video and animation) for an approved monthly content calendar of approximately 20–22 posts per month across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).– Support ad hoc creative requests, including campaign creative, print collateral, presentation materials, and event related branding assets.– Provide monthly performance reporting covering reach, impressions, engagement, and other agreed metrics, in the bank's standard supplier reporting format.– Ensure all creative work complies with the bank's brand governance standards and social media and digital communications policy.– Graphic design (static and motion graphics) for both social and print use.– Video production and editing, including on location shooting where required.– Ability to work within an internal, multi–step approval workflow, including managing revisions within agreed timelines.
