(1) Vendor needs to provide reflective supervision consultation services to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – This consultation support will involve regular, collaborative reflection between a nurse or state consultant and an endorsed consultant, focusing on the consultants’ internal experiences–thoughts, feelings, and values–during professional encounters with local supervisors and staff within the public health local home visiting program system.– This reflective supervision consultation prioritizes strengths–based, relationship–focused reflection to support both professional development and client outcomes and is provided by a consultant who is endorsed as Infant Mental Health Mentor (Clinical) or Infant Mental Health Mentor.• Provide up to 12 hours of reflective supervision each month through individual and group reflective supervision. • Dedicate up to 2 hours per month of administrative support to prepare for individual and group sessions.
