(1) Vendor needs to provide well professional services to the government authority located in Buckeye, AZ.– professional engineering services to provide complete design services for the project, including but not limited to permitting assistance, complete construction documents (plans and specifications), and construction assurance services.– Professional services for this contract will comprise, but are not limited to, design of a new drinking water well and associated raw water transmission lines to integrate with the existing infrastructure to include assessment of the existing raw water transmission network’s ability to convey water from the new well, preparation of contract documents, and permitting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
