(1) Vendor needs to provide medical physical services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN. – Deliver comprehensive, high–quality, multi–modality medical examinations designed to identify cancers and cardiovascular conditions associated with firefighting and emergency response exposures. – Offer a comprehensive range of medical services for the agency, ensuring that each firefighter receives a thorough evaluation of their physical and mental health. • Hands–on Physical Exam: A comprehensive physical examination by a qualified medical professional.• Vision Test: Assessment of visual acuity, peripheral vision, and overall eye health.• Occupational Hearing exam:• Skin Cancer Assessment: Screening for signs of skin cancer, including moles and other skin abnormalities.• Behavioral Health and Sleep Assessment Screenings: Evaluations to identify any behavioral health issues and/or sleep disorders.• Personal Consultation: A review of testing results with a medical professional to discuss health concerns and advice.• Echocardiogram: Ultrasound of the heart to assess cardiac function.• Resting EKG: Electrocardiogram to measure heart rhythms at rest.• Treadmill Stress Test with EKG: Assessment of heart function and capacity during physical exertion.• Carotid Arteries Ultrasound: Screening for blockages or abnormalities in the carotid arteries.• Aortic Aneurysm Ultrasound: Examination of the aorta for signs of aneurysms.• Coronary Calcium Scan: A test to check for the buildup of calcium in the arteries of the heart.• Pulmonary Function Test: Assessment of lung capacity and breathing function.• Cancer Assessment: Ultrasound screenings for thyroid, liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidney, bladder, pelvic (women), prostate, and testicular (men) cancers.• Galleri Cancer Detection Blood Test: A multi–cancer early detection blood test.• PFAS Blood test• Chest X–ray: To evaluate lung health and check for abnormalities.• Hemoccult Test: Screening for hidden blood in the stool.• Urinalysis: Testing for various substances in the urine.• Lipid Panel: Blood test to measure cholesterol levels and other fats.• Diabetes Test: Assessment for signs of diabetes.• Complete Blood Count: A comprehensive blood test to evaluate overall health.•Comprehensive Metabolic Blood Panel: Blood test to measure sugar level, electrolyte and fluid balance, kidney function, and liver function.• Heavy Metal and Special Exposure Screening: Testing for exposure to hazardous substances.• Thyroid Panel: Blood test to assess thyroid gland function.• PSA (men): Prostate–Specific Antigen test for prostate health.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
