(1) Vendor needs to provide senior advisor and quality assurance lead technology consultant service to the government authority located in Colorado. • Provider of free civil legal services to low–income city. • Lead an audit of the current online intake system and produce a prioritized enhancement plan.• Support a joint audit of existing disposition instructions and the current SharePoint document architecture.• Provide independent quality assurance review at each major milestone, separate from the staff performing the configuration and development work.• Lead structured quality assurance sessions and provide formal sign–off recommendations before any go–lives.• Support staff and partner–organization training on an enhanced intake system.• Provide architecture guidance for dynamic intake questionnaires, automated eligibility screening, geography and case–type routing logic, callback reminders, and embedded disposition guidance.• Provide quality assurance for questionnaires, eligibility logic, and routing workflows configured and tested in a staging environment with staff participation, prior to organization–wide deployment
