(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation master plan services to the government authority located in Pittsboro, NC.• Technical assessment of existing and projected transportation conditions. • Identification of transportation opportunities, constraints, and planning considerations. • Review of transportation trends, development patterns, and future growth impacts.• Transportation project evaluation and prioritization methodology.• Recommendations for mode–specific corridors. • Context–sensitive transportation design guidance Maps and supporting graphics illustrating transportation needs, deficiencies, and recommended improvements.• The consultant shall develop a transparent and data–driven project prioritization framework that incorporates transportation and land use considerations, safety, community priorities, implementation feasibility, anticipated benefits, and consistency with adopted County plans and policies.– The Consultant shall develop and apply a transparent, data–driven project prioritization methodology to evaluate, compare, and rank transportation improvement projects identified through the Master Transportation Plan process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 02, 2026.
