(1) Vendor needs to provide videography services.– Pre–production:– Collaborating with mountains to establish a visual style and story flow. – Planning shot lists around autumn activities, events, and scenic landscapes.– Production:– Summer activities: hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and cycling, paddling, fishing, trail, camping and events.– Scenic and lifestyle shots: forests, mountain views, families enjoying activities, couples experiencing activities.– Drone video required.– Post–production:– Editing to create multiple deliverables with engaging pacing, music, and branding.– Integration of logos, titles, and taglines provided by mountains.– Delivery of all videos in formats optimized for web, social, and presentation use.– Model Releases: Model releases must be included for any identifiable models.
