(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday and special event decoration, rental, installation, and removal service to the government authority located in Daytona Beach, FL.   – Provide the rental, installation, and removal of holiday and special event decorations at various locations.      – The wreath should feature durable greenery, warm white LED illumination, and be accented with a prominently placed 24–inch glitter bow to enhance its festive appearance. – Pole wraps, both lighted and unlighted, should be installed on all assigned light poles, using high–quality outdoor–rated materials.– Christmas decoration theme, which should enhance the festive atmosphere, while aligning with the aesthetic.– Special event decoration services as needed and requested.– Large signature animated holiday displays.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.
