(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based commercial purchase card solution. • Web–based solution which must be commercially available, and (multi) web browser accessible to provide organizational purchase card services.• Allow authorized individuals with the ability to post comments to accounts (e.g. a detailed explanation of reason account was suspended).• Maintain a complete audit trail of all account activity, updates, and user activity by card management personnel.• Provide cardholders with online access to their accounts, including but not limited access to online statements and online payment options• Ability for users to electronically review, filter, manipulate transaction data and sort by a specific value in a line of accounting• Provide user–defined date ranges (e.g., quarterly, biannually, annually, etc.) for report generation.• Allow users to discern how a transaction was completed.• Provide robust connectivity options for multiple concurrent users• Provide a purchase card log functionality with reporting capabilities from the purchase log data
