(1) Vendor needs to provide Application Software for human resources. – Provide an Applicant Tracking System to include a central database to manage job postings, collect applications, screen resumes for keywords, track candidate progress, schedule interviews and facilitate communication with the applicant.– Ability to create workflow approvals for employment application per agency Policy. – Ability to input data exported from County's ERP – Tyler Munis which includes, but is not limited to, job description, job opening number, Title, salary ranges, posting start date and end date, classification, dept./ division, Position summary, link to full job description.– Offeror will provide Software enhancements and updates.– Ability for the applicant to ask specific questions about the position.– Ability to store documents, such as application and supporting documents including cover letter, resume, etc.– Ability to create workflow approvals for employment application per County Policy. – Ability to track application status, such as in Submitted, Pending, qualified, Active, Closed, etc.– Ability to contact applicants through email.– Ability to create, store and send offer letters to selected candidate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 13, 2026.
