(1) Vendor needs to provide physiatrists service to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ. – Provide timely on–site physiatry services in accordance with federal and state regulations for subacute and long–term care facilities– Performs assessments and follow–up visits as medically necessary pursuant to attending physician order.– Participates in resident care and treatment through the interdisciplinary team process.– Prepares, authenticates and dates progress notes in legible detail at the time of visit. (2) The contract period will be for two years.
