Vendor needs to provide cloud–based real property management system.• The contractor shall provide a real property management system IT tool that is a single–source, scalable, cloud–based solution to assist with overall agency services and responsibilities, such as, strategic space and facilities planning, project management, lease administration, and management of real property. Requirements are driven by its need for an interactive product and services to support its stakeholder community. • This support includes processes, procedures, labor, material, and information required to deliver, support, operate, and maintain the software aspects of the system.• The solution must be FedRAMP certified software–as–a–service (SaaS) and hosting infrastructure for both mission and business users.
