PWA Hydrogen Fuel and Dispensing Services 071.00

The City of Oakland Equipment Services Division seeks qualified vendors to provide compressed hydrogen fuel, fueling services, electronic transaction reporting, and fleet account management for hydrogen-powered fleet vehicles. The contract offered will be a multi award contract. Contract Length / Option Years: Base period of 5 years Estimated Contract Value: $250,000 divided between qualified and approved vendors. The City reserves the right to designate one or more Primary vendors and additional Secondary vendors based on evaluation rankings. The City of Oakland invites your firm to submit a bid to fully provide the services described herein. This Request For Quotation (RFQ) and any subsequent award will be in strict accordance with the documents identified within RFQ Packet. Offeror should check and be sure that they have received all documents, and should follow the instructions contained within this RFQ when preparing their bid.
