– Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development, implementation, and deployment service using content management system on responsible artificial intelligence. – Provide design, development, deployment, documentation, training, post–launch support and maintenance of a public–facing website.– Website will function as a searchable, interactive regional knowledge repository and engagement platform.– Provide a URL to a prototype demonstrating the proposed visual direction, information architecture and key user journeys.– End–to–end delivery, including refinement of requirements, information architecture, UI/UX design, website development, content–management functionality, search and filtering, interactive data components, testing, deployment, documentation, training, post–launch support and maintenance.– Develop an intuitive sitemap and information architecture that supports both browsing and targeted search.– Ensure a fully responsive interface optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices, while maintaining usability across variable bandwidth conditions.– Provide a secure, user–friendly content management system (CMS) with an administrative dashboard through which authorized client staff can create, edit, publish, unpublish and archive content, manage relevant website information, and carry out routine website administration without requiring coding or routine developer support.
