(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage service to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. • Providing broker services for group health benefits for the employee benefits program including to: group health & pharmacy, dental, life insurance, disability, FSA/HSA, EAP, wellness programs, pet insurance, emergency medical transportation, universal life insurance, 403(b) retirement savings plan and retirement support.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
