(1) Vendor needs to provide metro ethernet services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Fiber–Based Point to Point Metro–Ethernet Transport Service to provide wide area network (WAN) (e.g. last mile) connectivity.– The service must be guaranteed synchronous bandwidth.– Provide Metro Ethernet service as part of its telecommunications infrastructure.– Responsible for monitoring and maintaining connections as well as proactively responding to network issues that may negatively impact connectivity.
