Maintenance Operations Expansion Design & Construction

The City of New Smyrna Beach is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors, licensed to practice in the State of Florida, with demonstrated skills and experience in Design - Build Contract for demolition and reconstruction of a new facility for Maintenance Operations division. In addition to other related services as noted in this document, in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions contained within the RFP document. The project is located 124 Industrial Park Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168. As is more fully explained in this RFP, if an award is made it shall be made to the best overall consultant(s)/contractor(s) whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The City shall not use any other factors or criteria in the evaluation of the proposals received. Interested consultant(s)/contractor(s) shall submit a signed, firm, fixed fee performance based price proposal for providing a turn key project including design and permitting services, labor, materials, equipment and all other services and supplies necessary and incidental to construction.
