ASM-2664 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Asset Management Physical Site Inspection Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management physical site inspection services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Provide physical property inspections of multi–family housing projects and assisted with department financing. – The inspections required are expected to include at least 100 properties and possibly as many as 200 properties per year, which will be split between inspectors.• The physical inspection of all aspects of a property including the grounds, structures, public areas, systems, and a percentage of randomly selected units.– Coordinate inspection date with the on–site property management company and record the scheduled date and time into the multifamily asset management system within ten business days.– Perform the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) of multifamily properties covering the entire exterior, common areas, and systems of the project.– Perform Mold testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 14, 2026.
