(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Luzerne, Pennsylvania.• Dust mop all vinyl floors using a chemically treated mop which will reduce airborne dust • Spot mop vinyl floors where needed • Vacuum all rugs and carpeting • Empty, clean and recyling trash receptacles (liners to be provided by this office) • Thorough cleaning and disinfection of urinals and toilet bowls, inside and outside, with germicidal solution • Wet mop floors with germicidal solution • Wet wipe dispensers, fixtures and shelves with a germicidal solution • Replenish supply of dispenser items such as toilet tissue, soap and paper towels (this office will provide these items) • Polish flushmaster, piping, toilet hinges and other metal • Polish mirrors • Wash walls near urinals with germicidal solution • Dust offices and lounges • Wash restroom doors, walls and dividers with an approved disinfectant • Wet mop dining areas with appropriate cleaning product • Wet mop/clean stair wells and railings • Clean elevators • Clean all interior windows and glass doors.
