(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater annual engineering services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Professional services to establish a contract for on–call services to support utility surveying, planning, investigation, engineering and architectural design, permitting and plan review support, bidding, construction, operations, and overall engineering support• The Stormwater Utility currently covers drainage collections and conveyance, green infrastructure, dams, canals, floodwalls, associated infrastructure, and associated regulatory permitting.1. Studies, planning, master planning, assessment of needs, prioritization, and ranking of recommended actions 2. Inspection, including CCTV and condition assessment 3. Topographic, structural, and utility surveying 4. Testing, including geotechnical and environmental 5. Sampling, including water quality and soils 6. Cultural and environmental resource assessments 7. Design, including conceptual, preliminary, advanced, utility relocation, and bid–ready design package development 8. Support for intra–governmental coordination, including submission of required forms and documents and incorporation of comments into designs 9. Design management 10.
