CSE-24341 - USA (Ranches, Florida) - Security Guard Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Ranches, FL.– Provide governmental security services, including unarmed and armed security personnel, patrol services, and related security support on an as–needed basis. – Services may include, but are not limited to, municipal buildings, parks, recreation facilities, public meetings, construction projects, infrastructure sites, special events, emergency operations, parking areas, and other Town–owned or controlled properties.– Providing professional security services while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees, elected officials, residents, contractors, and visitors.– Provide security staffing for festivals, concerts, parades, athletic events, holiday celebrations, community events, grand openings, emergency operations, and other public gatherings.– Services may include: • Crowd management. • Queue management. • Bag inspections. • Magnetometer or handheld metal detector screening. • Access control. • Traffic and pedestrian coordination. • VIP protection. • Restricted area enforcement. • Vendor entrance monitoring. • Emergency evacuation assistance. (2) The contract period will be for two years.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
