(1) Vendor needs to provide various youth services to the government authority located in Freehold, NJ. • Evidence Based Primary Delinquency Prevention Services for Children in Elementary School that includes Countywide Prevention Services, with a Focus on High Need Under–Served Areas.• Mentoring Services for Children and Youth.• Community Based Safe Environments focused on Positive Youth Development• Creative Innovation Programs focused on Youth Engagement, Youth Empowerment, and Youth Voice.• Juvenile/Family Crisis Intervention Unit.• Evidence Informed Intervention Services to Redirect Youth from Arrest, Prosecution, or Formal Court Processing.• Creative Wellness Interventions for Court Involved Youth.• Specialized Services focused on Youth with Serious Crimes including sex offenses.• Adolescent Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Services.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
