(1) Vendor needs to provide Information Technology (IT) services to the government authority located in Kennewick, WA. – Provide regular recurring IT Services for its office locations.– Managed IT Services:• End user support for approximately 23 staff.• Remote and onsite work.• User onboarding and offboarding.• Troubleshooting network and application connectivity.– Microsoft 365 Administration:• Microsoft 365 tenant administration.• Exchange Online or Outlook.• SharePoint and OneDrive.• Teams.– Network Infrastructure:• Firewalls.• Routers.• Switches.• Wireless Access Points.– Cybersecurity:• Endpoint detection and response (EDR).• Antivirus and anti–malware.• Vulnerability management.• Assistance with cyber–insurance security requirements.– Backup and Disaster Recovery:• Server backups.• Microsoft 365 backup.• Offsite or cloud backup.• Periodic restoration and backup verification.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
