(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture and engineering services to the government authority located in Ithaca, NY. – Provide comprehensive architecture and engineering (A&E) services in support of multiple facility improvement, rehabilitation, and replacement projects.– The planning, design, engineering, and execution of multiple facility improvement and replacement projects.        – Design development methods for producing architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other required design documents.– Construction support approach to construction administration, inspections, and project oversight.– Project approach and quality assurance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for three years.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 02, 2026.
