(1) Vendor needs to provide economic analyses service to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.– Provide economic analyses that assess the current and projected economic risks and costs that climate change poses to households, industries, communities, and the broader economy; and evaluate the economic impacts and societal benefits of proactive investments in climate resilience.– Analyses are intended to support planning, policy development, and funding and finance decisions related to community and infrastructure resilience.– Impacts of climate change involve significant uncertainty and are dependent on global greenhouse gas mitigation measures, technological advancements, and increasing scientific precision of climate models.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
