ANIM-9979 - USA (Virginia) - Mural Artist Services - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mural artist services.– Artist qualifications, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, anticipated selection process, and project schedule. – Provide a short artist biography, headshot, and available website or social media links, together with permissions for agreed festival promotion and artist recognition.– Complete the artwork and coordinate any necessary final inspection, photography, and handoff with staff.– Artwork must comply with applicable law and may not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.– Artists must attend both festival days and complete their panels during the festival, subject to weather and safety contingencies– Mural panels original 8 ft. × 8 ft. panel per artist; painted during the festival(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2026. (3) An optional pre–proposal conference will be held on November 18, 2026.
