CONS-21869 - USA (Cumberland, Rhode Island) - Construction Services for New Roof - Deadline July 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services for new roof to the government authority located in Cumberland, RI. – Roof replacement for an existing one–story building.– The roof replacement shall include new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board, roof membrane, edge metal and all other components for complete installation.– Interior work is limited to installing new utilities / connections for the RTUs and miscellaneous patching and repair.– The project also includes replacement of five (5) existing roof top units (RTUs) and associated curbs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
