(1) Vendor needs to provide reading horizons elevate software.– Reading horizons elevate online software package geared towards adult learners to ensure they are comfortable with the content and participating because topics are relatable to older learners.– Software (500 re–suable seats) must contain the following and access through a highly secure URL:– At least 81 Multi–Sensory Interactive lessons geared towards adults.– Reading Library with at least 280 passages to build fluency comprehension and pronunciation tools.– Vocabulary development with no less than 13,000 terms.– Reference materials and User manual – easy access for staff uses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
