LEGAL-17803 - USA (Parsippany, New Jersey) - Fund Attorney Services - Deadline October 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fund attorney services to the government authority located in Parsippany, NJ.– Provider as fund attorney for the 2027 fund year commencing January 1, 2027 or upon appointment, whichever is later.– provide property or casualty insurance to its member local units.– The fund also provides its members with a comprehensive risk control and claims management program.– The fund is controlled by board of fund commissioners that annually elects an executive committee.– To provide legal advice to the fund's executive committee.– To recommend to the fund's executive committee, attorneys to handle claims against the fund or the member municipalities where the fund is obligated to provide a defense, and to supervise the work of such attorneys who shall not be a member of the same law firm.– To provide reports to the fund's executive committee on such matters and at such times as the fund's executive committee may direct.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
