CONS-24670 - USA (Kirkwood, Missouri) - Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Engineering Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lead service line inventory and replacement engineering services to the government authority located in Kirkwood, MO. – Provide engineering services to assist in the completion of the inventory by identifying all service line materials on both sides of the meter. – Services shall also include construction documents to aid in replacement of Lead Service Line (LSL) in the agency.• Conduct project administration services: Provide the management functions required to successfully complete the design work, including all project correspondence with the agency, consultation with the agency's staff, supervision and coordination of services, implementation of a project specific work plan, procedures and a quality control/quality assurance plan, scheduling and assignment of personnel resources, administration and coordination of sub consultants and subcontractors, continuous monitoring of work progress and invoicing for the work performed.• Initial project meeting: Conduct an initial project meeting to clarify the agency's intended scope of work, schedule, budget requirements and other special requirements for the project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
