Vendor needs to provide mediation and related dispute resolution services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• The provider may determine the appropriateness of cases that are referred to mediation and may decline to provide services in cases that are inappropriate for mediation.• The provider will establish and maintain effective referral and intake services.• The provider will have a sufficient number of trained and qualified mediators.• Performance by the provider will be evaluated by examining the totality of services provided by the provider on an annual basis. Services include the number of cases for which mediation services are provided, mediation sessions held, mediator hours, and clients served on an annual basis.
