(1) Vendor needs to provide district sports and learning complex swimming pools replastering services to the government authority located in La Joya, TX. – All pool replastering projects shall be completed on a turnkey basis and include all necessary demolition and removal of existing plaster, surface preparation, repairs, replastering, installation, quality control, cleanup, and final inspection.– Project is to restore and improve the condition, safety, durability, and appearance of existing school district swimming pools.– Each pool will receive complete replastering and necessary surface preparation and repairs to provide a smooth, durable, and properly finished pool surface.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 28, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 26, 2026.
