Mechanical Carnival Rides

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide four (4) Mini Flat Rides – two (2) that spin and two (2) that move side to side, for the Winter Carnival event to be held Saturday, February 3, 2024; produced by the City of Newport News Parks and Recreation Department, Special Events and Promotions Division.
