(1) Vendor needs to provide accountant services to the government authority located in Tyngsborough, MA.– Core statutory and accounting responsibilities:– Maintain the municipality’s general ledger, general journal, and subsidiary ledgers in compliance.– Reconciliations and audit coordination:– Conduct monthly reconciliations of general ledger cash and debt balances as well as sewer enterprise and ambulance enterprise funds.– Reporting and tax rate recapitulation:– Compile and submit the combined balance sheet and supporting documentation for free cash certification (or retained earnings for enterprise funds).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
