(1) Vendor needs to provide cashiering scanning indexing system.– Provide all or selected components of specified hardware and software as well as provide the necessary professional services to successfully implement the requested services.– Professional Services will or may include project management, systems analysis, application development, end–user and systems training, implementation installation support, and post implementation production support.–The scanning workstation must be able to display thumbnails of scanned images in real time as they are being processed.– The software (running for a 19“–21“ monitor) must be able to show at least 6 images on screen with images scrolling off rather than all disappearing and the screen refilling.– The Proposer shall maintain a documented, organization–wide information security program that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of agency data.– The Proposer shall maintain an accurate inventory of systems, applications, and infrastructure components used to deliver the proposed solution.– Systems supporting the solution shall be securely configured and hardened to reduce the attack surface.– The Proposer shall implement configuration management practices to ensure that unauthorized or insecure changes are detected and remediated.– The solution shall enforce role–based access control and the principle of least privilege.– The Proposer shall maintain a documented incident response plan addressing detection, containment, eradication, and recovery from security incidents.– The Proposer shall follow secure software development lifecycle practices appropriate to the solution, including security considerations during design, development, testing, and deployment. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) Contract term will be for five years.
