(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based candidate screening and assessment platform.– Provide a secure, comprehensive candidate screening and assessment platform.– Web–based candidate screening and assessment platform that enables authorized personnel to independently create, administer, manage, score, and report on candidate assessments.– Assessment development the platform shall provide tools allowing the agency to develop, customize, administer, and maintain assessments that support a variety of positions throughout.– The platform shall support a variety of assessment methodologies appropriate for public sector hiring.– Accessibility and user experience the platform shall provide an intuitive user experience for both applicants and authorized personnel.– Reporting and data management the platform shall provide reporting capabilities that allow authorized personnel to evaluate candidate performance and administer recruitment activities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
