(1) Vendor needs to provide grades 6–8 English language arts curriculum services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.– Core instructional resources that address all aspects of language comprehension: background knowledge, vocabulary, language structure, verbal reasoning, literacy knowledge, and explicit writing instruction– Systematic and grounded in strong research– Anti–racist and culturally relevant texts– Units include a variety of both informational and literary texts– Teacher resources to support effective implementation of the curriculum– Teacher’s Edition contains specific, point–of–use scaffolding for Multilingual and Special Education learners to access grade–level texts and tasks– Student texts, workbooks, and any other materials needed– Pricing for primary resources in English (and Spanish, if applicable);– Pricing for supplemental resources;– Pricing for translated resources;– Pricing for consumable resources;– Pricing for technology licensing;– Pricing for professional development; and– Pricing for any additional materials or resources necessary for effective implementation.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
