The Department of Health is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to implement and operate a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) that supports public health and law enforcement objectives through secure data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”). The system must support state, federal, and CMS interoperability, security, and reporting standards.
