(1) Vendor needs to provide fleet leasing and vehicle management services to the government authority located in Greenwood, SC. – Provide monthly management reports including but not limited to comprehensive invoicing & maintenance notifications. – The open–ended equity lease will allow a flexible option for the lessee to turn in the vehicle before the lease term with no early termination penalties, the district can get out of the lease at any time; there is always a payoff amount.– Vehicle lease options will include five year open ended lease terms with no mileage restrictions.– End of lease terms and service fees shall be detailed.– provide vehicle leasing and fleet management services.– Fleet management cost per vehicle.– Risk management and physical damage programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
